Making an appointment
Everything starts with the initial consultation where I will try to understand in some depth the challenges and difficulties that led you to seek support at this time. This initial assessment will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The aim is to explore what may be an appropriate supportive intervention for you and to signpost you to an alternative more appropriate service if required. I will make individual offers for counselling or CBT that are ”tailor-made’ for your particular circumstances. If I do not recommend treatment with myself, you will receive my best advice as to how to proceed from there.

Office hours are weekdays between 9am and 6pm with appointments dependent upon availability.
